Terrorism, as it is understood is the action of none-state weak actors, individual or groups, who for some reasons feels suppressed, marginalized and, or denied what they may view as the basic human right. All terrorism has political objectives, even though the perpetrators may use religious relics to appeal to a wider existing audience, and invoke a response through violent act to prove or propagate their point. The current government of Sudan led by the Arab leader Omar el-Bashir can be blamed for the terror and conflict that enveloped Sudan in the last decades. Omar el-Bashir has always been criticized for only defending and acting on the interests of the Arab Muslims located in the Northern Sudan while ignoring the Christians and Animist population in the south.

The conflict that unfolded in these regions along with violence, hostility and dislocation of many people can be connected with the reign of the Arab leader in Sudan. Many investigations and research have been done in an effort to discover and defend against terrorism. Through my research I have discovered a plethora of literature that confirms this notion. This review will focus primarily on two different aspects that work coherently to frame the big picture of our nation’s Achilles’ heel, better known as the southwestern border. These two aspects are: Muslim extremist targeted recruits and how the United States economy is intertwined. The selection of literature that I have compiled is contextually different, because they are used for various other reasons.

Stephen Sobieck states in his chapter on Democratic Responses to International Terrorism in Germany. Politically motivated terrorism struck the heart of both Germany and Italy in the 1970’s and 1980’s causing each state to do exactly what Sobieck stated. Both countries, unfortunately, suffered severe casualties, infrastructure damage, and threats from right and left wing terrorist organizations triggering these countries to adopt policy changes. We define terrorism as using force to influence or change a political decision. Given that there may be an array of situations the U. Profiling by Israel security forces is a very important factor when it comes to fighting terrorism. Profiling allows for certain types of people with similar characteristics to be grouped and identified to help understand why certain people commit different crimes. Because the profile of a terrorist has changed over time, Israel now uses a type of profiling that is predictive. Instead of looking at the crime after it has already been committed to profile the criminal, Israel uses predictive profiling to determine the suspicion and threat of everybody before any criminal activity is able to occur. Many people are asking how this could happen. Others want to know how to prevent it from happing again. Some wonder if world peace will ever be possible.

The United States does not think peace can be possible until the threat of terrorism becomes obsolete. There is no clear answer to the questions and concerns over terrorism although there are several schools of thought on how to respond to terrorism. Much of the terrorism that occurs globally tend to have a link with the Muslim community. The main question is that are all the terrorism activities that take place associate with the Muslim community. In this study the question that was being tested was, does terrorism affect the way that school-age children identify the facial expressions that are being displayed by those around them. The variable in this experiment was whether or not the participant had been through a specific terrorist attack. The working hypothesis was that children who went through a traumatic experience, such as a terrorist attack, would be unable to identify various expressions of facial emotion.

The introduction to this experiment was very intriguing. Since September 11th, when the Twin and Pentagon towers were hit by planes, controlled by Middle Eastern Muslim terrorists. The perception toward Muslims being violent has been spread throughout the world. Innocent people who have never been involved in any crime act are being limited in practicing their religious duties. To be more exact, Freeman vs. Florida case ruled that Freeman has to take her veil off when taking a photo for a state driver’s license. The State argued that it had a compelling interest in the full-face photograph requirement because promotes safety and security, combats crime, and protects interstate commerce.
